Support
Email support@wcagpatch.com and a human answers. Most of what people write in about is on this page, so start here if you are in a hurry.
Where to find your license code
Your code looks like WCAG-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. It is in two places, and both go to the email address you typed into Stripe at checkout:
- The license email from
support@wcagpatch.com, sent within a minute of payment. Subject line contains "WCAGpatch". This is the one with the code in it. - The Stripe receipt email, from
receipts@stripe.com. It does not carry the code, but it carries the payment reference we need to look yours up.
Nothing in the inbox? Check spam and any "Promotions" tab first, then email us with the Stripe receipt or the card's last four digits and we will re-send it.
How to download the plugin
Go to wcagpatch.com/download, enter your license code, and the current build downloads as a .zip. Then, in WordPress:
- Plugins, then Add New, then Upload Plugin.
- Choose the zip and install it.
- Activate.
- WCAGpatch, then License, and paste your code.
The download page works with the same code every time, for as long as you own the license. Updates are included, so come back here for the latest build.
How activation limits work
One code, activated on a number of WordPress sites that depends on the plan you bought. A site is one WordPress install on a unique domain or subdomain. Activating consumes one slot; deactivating on the plugin's License screen releases it again, so moving a license between sites costs nothing. Per the Terms of Service, staging and local development environments do not count toward the limit.
| Plan | Sites | What it unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Any | Site-wide WCAG 2.1 AA scan, compliance dashboard, violation history. No code needed. |
| Starter ($69) | 1 | PDF compliance certificate, daily auto-scan and email alerts. |
| Pro ($149) | 5 | Everything in Starter, plus the full axe-core scan, AI auto-fix, and the PDF remediation report. |
| Agency ($299) | Unlimited | Everything in Pro, on every site you manage, plus priority support. |
If you are out of slots, deactivate a site you no longer manage, or email us and we will sort it out. AI auto-fix needs your own OpenAI API key: the plugin never sends your content to us.
Refunds
Every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email support@wcagpatch.com (or hello@wcagpatch.com, both reach us) within 30 days of purchase from the address you bought with, tell us the license code, and we refund to the original payment method. After 30 days all sales are final. The binding version of this is the Money-Back Guarantee section of the Terms of Service.
Anything else
Bugs, install problems, questions about what the scanner does and does not catch: support@wcagpatch.com. Include the site URL and your WordPress version and we can usually answer in one reply.
Two longer explainers cover the questions that do not fit in a support reply: how WCAGpatch differs from the accessiBe and UserWay overlays, and what ADA website compliance actually requires of a WordPress site.
Found an accessibility barrier on this website or in the plugin? That one goes to hello@wcagpatch.com with "Accessibility Issue" in the subject. See the accessibility statement for what we do with it.
